We are back with a new edition of the top 10 home office setups on Twitter for February 2023. But first, we will discuss some recent news on remote work.
In February, Spain’s digital nomad visa was finally approved, allowing non-EU nationals to live and work for up to five years. The measure is part of the new Startup Act, which aims to attract entrepreneurship and bolster the country's tech scene.
Meanwhile, in New York City, working from home has led to workers spending $4,661 less per year on average on food, shopping, and entertainment in their offices' neighborhoods. The explanation is that employees are spending about 30% fewer days in the office.

Despite many pushing for the return to the office, our Twitter research says that remote work is as popular as ever. Dozens of setups are posted monthly and get increasingly creative each time. The accessories in the room make this setup aesthetically pleasing, especially the backlit mechanical keyboard and mouse that give a colorful glow. The white speakers and the headphones on a stand provide the perfect sound quality for any task.
The two key lights, microphone, and gamer chair make this workstation ideal for streaming and going live. In addition to being fully equipped for work and play, this setup includes fun elements, such as a lit candle, an octopus plushie, a small blue figurine, and a poster on the wall.

Spot eight goes to this setup that combines both a minimalist and vintage look. Although it sounds counterintuitive, @keynarbeyzaa has made it possible thanks to a mix of powerful specs and fun decor.
The mix of modern and vintage is also visible in the layout. On the left side, we can see the powerful yet minimalistic setup comprised only of a Macbook, a Dell monitor, a Nuphy keyboard, and a Magic Trackpad.
The NuPhy keyboard adds a playful personality while tying it with the vintage side of the setup. On the right side of the desk, @keynarbeyzaa shows off an old-school keyboard, a Rubik’s cube, and a Divoom Ditoo speaker.
