What is GroWrk workstation delivery response time?
New equipment orders are subject to manufacturer lead times. In stock, computers will be delivered in 3-7 business days (depending on location). This time frame includes imaging, MDM management, and delivery.

GroWrk supports 150 countries.
What services does GroWrk provide?
GroWrk provides full life cycle management services including onboarding (procurement, storage, imaging, MDM enrollment, delivery, helpdesk, warranty management) and offboarding (pick up, diagnostics, disk wiping, clean up and return to inventory) and also manages any break/fix needs.
Does GroWrk offer solutions for the delivery of other 3rd party products, furniture, SWAG, etc.?
GroWrk is focused on the management of workstations. Additional products can be provided through GroWrk on a case-to-case basis.
What brand of equipment does GroWrk support?
GroWrk is agnostic on hardware delivery and supports Apple, HP, Lenovo, Dell, Microsoft, and other workstations/laptops. GroWrk also manages associated peripherals including monitors, docking, mice, microphones, camera, etc.
Does GroWrk sell computers?
GroWrk can procure computers on behalf of our customers but also customers can provide computers through existing procurement sources.
Who legally owns the equipment?
GroWrk customers legally own all their distributed equipment.
What is GroWrk’s engagement process? And what is the duration of an agreement?
Initial agreements cover the first 12 months. The 2nd year and add-on agreements are available.
Does GroWrk offer leasing options?
Upon request, GroWrk offers a one (1) year leasing alternative.
Does GroWrk offer services a la carte?
GroWrk will customize the solution to client requirements.
Can I transfer my existing computers to GroWrk management?
Yes, most customers migrate their distributed IT fleet to GroWrk management as a simple solution to global IT management.
What is the onboarding process?
Review and approve of Standard Services Agreement and SOW.
Provide GroWrk with a list of hardware requirements and locations served.
GroWrk will schedule an onboarding call to review the customer portal, catalog build, employee information, integrations, etc.
What is the off-boarding process?
Customer initiates off-board information in the platform (name, date, location).
GroWrk will initiate pick up, disk wiping, diagnostics, break/fix, reprovisioning, and storage.
Can GroWrk enroll me in a Mobile Device Management MDM) program?
Yes, GroWrk will enroll requested devices into Apple Business Manager and/or the designated MDM Solution.
Does GroWrk integrate into HRIS Systems?
GroWrk can be integrated with Bamboo among other HRIS Systems. Also, GroWrk offers API’s and access to the integration team for integrations with 3rd party solutions.
Does GroWrk have asset management/asset tagging capabilities?
Yes, GroWrk will attach asset tags at customer request.
